A day at Graphic Era Hill University dedicated to understanding the significance of intellectual property rights (IPR) was organized jointly by the School of Commerce and Department of Environmental Sciences. Sponsored by UCOST, Dehradun, and under the esteemed guidance of Hon’ble ViceChancellor Prof. (Dr.) Sanjay Jasola, the workshop aimed to illuminate the path to innovation by highlighting the indispensable role of IPR in fostering creativity and progress Attendees gained valuable insights into patent filing, funding agencies, copyrights, trademarks, through interactive discussions and presentations. As the university looks ahead, it remains dedicated to fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and exploration among its academic community.
