EDUCATION
Deepika Raina earned her bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from RKGIT Ghaziabad in 2009. She then joined Prof. Satheesh Madhav’s research group at DIT University in India. She obtained her PhD from the same institution in 2018 and thereafter worked for Chitkara University Punjab. She has 11 years of teaching experience and has authored more than 18 papers in prestigious peer-reviewed publications as well as three book chapters. She also has four granted patents and seven published patents in her name. Her research interests include nano-formulations for brain illnesses such as depression and psychosis, as well as targeted medication delivery methods such as nose-to-brain, ear-to-brain, and transcranial drug administration. She had presented her study findings and thoughts at over 30 national and international conferences and has received honours for outstanding poster presentation.
