EDUCATION
Dr. Priyank Purohit has done M.S. (Pharm) and Ph.D from NIPER Mohali under the guidance of A.K Chakraborti. During my Ph.D, he received the National level Rajni Bhai V. Patel Pharm Innova Award for the most “Innovative Thesis” in Ph.D. (Pharmaceutical Chemistry) category in Pharmaceutical Sciences 2017-18 jointly organized by, Department of Science & Technology (DST), New Delhi and L. M. College of Pharmacy (LMCP), Ahmedabad. He has 20 SCI indexed research papers, one of which is ACS Catalysis with an impact factor of 13, and was highlighted by Synfact on the recommendation of the editorial board. He has seven years of teaching experience as well as six months of industrial experience as a research scientist at Piramal Drug Discovery. His total citations are 459, and my h-index is 10. My overall impact factor is 60.3, with the highest impact factor being 13.2 (ACS Catalysis). 13 research papers, 5 reviews, 2 books, 6 book chapters, and 7 patents, one of which was issued by NIPER Mohali. During my PhD, he has received a DST Travel grant for Landon’s tetrahedrane conference. He has won first place in the “International patent drafting competition (IPDC)” awards 2018, which were held by IIPRD in collaboration with Khurana & Khurana, Advocates and IP Attorneys (K&K). Recently received Distinguish faculty award conferred by Uttarakhand State Science and Technology (UCOST) during 15th and 16th Congress 2020-22 for the recognition of outstanding contribution in the field of Research and Academics on 24 June 2022.
