Department of Visual Arts, Graphic Era Hill University, Dehradun has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the State Lalit Kala Akademi, Uttar Pradesh. The main objective of the MOU is to promote academic cooperation and exchange in the fields of education, culture and research. A five-day national painting and sculpture workshop entitled “Abhivyakti” was also executed based on this MoU from March 20-24, 2023, at the Dehradun campus of Graphic Era Hill University. On 09 February, 2023 the MOU was signed between State Lalit Kala Akademi, Uttar Pradesh and Department of Visual Arts, Graphic Era Hill University, Dehradun Campus in the presence of Lalit Kala dignitaries, Mr. Sanghapal Uttam Mhaske, Assistant Professor, Department of Visual Arts, GEHU and Prof. (Dr.) S.K. Sarkar, Professor and HOD, Department of Visual Arts, GEHU.
