Dr. Manish Kumar Lila has been working in the domain of Natural Fiber Reinforced Polymer Matrix Composites. He has successfully synthesized and characterized Bagasse & Munja fiber based Thermoplastic Composite Granules and its application in different products. He has published his research in journals of international repute i.e., Composites Part B, Polymer Degradation and Reliability, Materials Manufacturing and Processes, etc. His work carried out in other domains is also published in different Scopus- indexed journals.
He possesses an Industrial experience of 9 Years, Research experience of 6 Years and a vast teaching experience of 8 Years. He published and presented more than 30 articles various journals and conferences of repute. He is actively working on upcoming projects and has published 3 Indian patents and 1 international patents granted also.
