Ms. Smitha Kothari is pursuing her doctorate in Management from Graphic Era Hill University. Her research and teaching experience of over 10 years involves studies on various aspects of Management. Besides being actively involved in research work, she is also coordinating placements with the central placement team of the university. Ms. Smitha has organized various activities for her department like seminars, fest, management day, industrial Tour, outbound activities, and quizzes. Ms. Smitha has presented some good research publications in national and international journals, edited books indexed conference proceedings. She has been supervising Undergraduate, and postgraduate students in their research work primarily on human resource and logistics studies.
