Dr. Shilpa, a management professional and corporate trainer, earned her doctoral degree in Management from Graphic Era University. She served as an Assistant Professor at her alma mater, Graphic Era, accumulating over a decade of research and teaching experience. Her expertise encompasses various facets of management, organizational behavior, leadership roles, project management, psychology, and counseling skills tailored for managers. In addition to her academic roles, Dr. Shilpa actively engages in organizing workshops, facilitating faculty development programs, conducting guest lectures, and fostering industry interactions. She has shouldered responsibilities in course coordination, co-curricular activities, and student mentoring. Notably, she played a pivotal role as the Chief Editor, contributing to the University Annual Report for five consecutive years. Her professional journey extends into managing corporate relations, overseeing campus recruitment operations, and efficiently handling database management. Currently on study leave, Dr. Shilpa is dedicating her time to life skills management. Simultaneously, she serves as a corporate consultant with Eventiron. As a mentor, she has supervised Ph.D. candidates, and one scholar recently earned a Ph.D. under her valuable guidance.
