Dr Shikha Rana is an aacademician and avid researcher with over 12 years of diversified experience. She obtained her full time doctoral degree in Human Resource Management from Gurukul Kangri University, where she held the status of Research Fellow. She has qualified UGC-NET/JRF in 2010. She has research publications in the journals of repute with leading publishers including Emerald, IGI Global which are listed in Scopus, Web of Science and Ranked by ABDC- B category. She has edited two books one of which is Scopus indexed with IGI Global. She is a reviewer for various ABDC journals like the South Asian Journal of Human Resource Management, Business Process Management Journal, Journal of Applied Research in Higher Education etc.
