Dr. Sharma has received her doctorate in Management from Gurukula Kangri Deemed to be University, Haridwar (A Government-funded University) and has previously worked as a research fellow from Gurkula Kangri Deemed to be University in social science and was funded by ICSSR, Govt. of India, based on her research. Her research experience is 3.5 years and teaching experience of around 1 year involves studies on Digital Marketing focused on social media influencer marketing, and consumer buying behaviour. Dr. Sharma has around 7 peer-reviewed research publications in journals national and international (Scopus), edited book chapters indexed in Scopus, and one book authored by her. Her h-index is 2 and total 12 citations till date. Dr. Sharma has presented her research work in International and national conferences like, IIM. She has been supervising Undergraduate, and postgraduate students in their research work primarily on management studies.
