Dr. Ajay Kumar Saini is Post Graduate in management and has a total working experience of 34 years, out of which last 29 years have been in academics, research and training. He is an effective communicator, administrator and trainer. His area of interest is Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour. Before entering into academics, he worked in service industry for 5 years. In twenty nine years of his academic, research and training career, he has taught various subjects like Organizational Behaviour, Leadership Skills, Strategic HRM, Training and Development, OD, Organizational Change, Managing Knowledge Worker. He is a keen trainer with interests ranging from education to corporate. He has been associated with various training programs in the past. He is a Reviewer of Emerald Journal (International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management) and has met the required standards for completion of Train the Trainer and certified by Dale Carnegie & Associates, Inc. USA. Not only this, Dr. Saini is a certified NLP Practitioner from (National Federation of Neuro-linguistic Programming) NFLNLP, USA.
