He is Kaushal Pandey, Assistant Professor of Law at Graphic Era Hill University, Dehradun. He has been working in academia for the last 5 years holding teaching and various administrative positions. He did his training program titled “Trademark Filing Requirements in India, Examination, Hearing. He pursued a Ph.D. (Law) from the School of Law, Graphic Era Hill University. He has qualified UGC NET (Law) in December 2019 and June 2020. He has worked on Gujarat Government funded project titled – Sensitization and Creating IPR Awareness among Academicians in the state of Gujarat for a period of 9 months.
