Mr. Aditya Thakur is a medallist in B.Sc. (Nautical Science) and initiated his professional life as a merchant naval officer but after this successful stint. He pursued his LLB from HNBGU and later, delved deeper into the realm of Criminology with an LLM degree. His professional journey took off with a focus on civil litigation, but to build his expertise in diverse legal domains, he also served as a legal consultant for a financial services company. His yearning to understand the nuances of the law and to make a contribution into education he stepped into academics and joined GEHU. He assisted in organising 4th Intra Moot Court competition and was a keynote speaker at a seminar on “Gender Stereotypes in the legal sphere” conducted by Legal aid Committee, School of Law, GEHU. He has publications in UGC care Journals. He has keen interest in Environmental and Maritime Laws.
