The Debate Society, School of Law, Graphic Era Hill University, Dehradun successfully organized JUGGLE: THE INTER UNIVERSITY ORATORY COMPETITION, 2023 on 20th May, 2023 in Prof. (Dr.) K.P. Nautiyal Auditorium, GEHU. The Competition was open to all the undergraduate and postgraduate students from all the departments in the university. 52 participants from various departments in the university participated in the competition and showcased their skills of public speaking. The competition was conducted in three rounds namely, Extempore speech, Turncoat. Just a minute. The first round was judged by Ms. Rupinder Kaur (Department of English Honours) and Ms. Aakriti Dhaundiyal (Department of Bachelor of Journalism and Mass Communication) and the second round was judged by Ms. Saumyta Joshi and Ms. Saumya Bisht from the Department of humanities and Social Science. The final round on the other hand was judged by Dr. Rahul Raj, Head of Department of Commerce, Graphic Era University, Dehradun. The event turned out to be a huge success due to the combined efforts of Dr. Shalini Bahuguna Bachheti (Head, SOL, GEHU), Ms. Prabhleen Batra (Faculty Coordinator, The DebSoc, SOL, GEHU) and the student body.
