At Graphic Era Hill University, she is responsible for a variety of English Language and Literature modules, including but not limited to British English in the18th century, Victorian English, and Popular Literature. As a part of this, she fosters creative environments that encourage interactive discussions and engagement with the subject matter through the use of innovative teaching methodologies such as critical analysis and thinking using discussion questions and textual interpretation through group work collaboration and the integration of mixed media content. As lecturer, she also acts as a dissertation guide for both undergraduate and postgraduate students, providing comprehensive support to students throughout their educational journey. Furthermore, she delivers English Language classes, helping students hone vital employability skills.
In her previous role, she conducted communication tests for programs such as BBA, BCA, MCA, MBA, and B.Sc (IT, CS) during the admission process. This allowed her to develop key skills outside of the classroom environment such as attention to detail and multi-tasking while managing a range of competing priorities. In addition to her experience in academia, she has achieved recognition as one of the soft skill trainers at O.N.G.C, Dehradun. This accomplishment highlights her ability to deliver impactful training sessions and foster the development of essential life skills in students.
She has demonstrated organization and leadership skills through her experiences out of the classroom through the co-ordination and facilitation of extracurricular activities such as mock interviews and dramatic performances. She is enthusiastic about her commitment to staying informed about the latest developments in academic and pedagogical research and constantly seek to integrate them into her own teaching practices. As a researcher, she has also made significant contributions to the field through publications on mythology, curriculum design and multi-lingual learning.
