Dr. Vrince Vimal | Faculty Computer Science and Engineering

Dr. Vimal received his B.E. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Government College of Engineering, Maharashtra, India in 2001; M.Tech. degree in 2006; and the Ph.D. degree in Communication Systems from the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, India, in 2019. He is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, GEHU. He has the additional responsibility of Dean of Research with Graphic Era Hill University, Dehradun. Dr. Vimal has around 22 years of Teaching, Training, and Research Experience in India and Abroad. His research interests include 5G, IoT, mobile Ad-Hoc networks, routing protocols, and soft computing. He has completed two sponsored research projects and has authored /coauthored more than 55 research papers in international peer-reviewed journals and conferences. He has eleven Indian National Patents granted to his name and published more than eighty. Dr. Vimal is a Life Member of IAENG and NSBE. Further, he is member of governing council of many engineering colleges in southern part of India. He is Patent consultants of two government universities and is active member of research and consultancy board of few private universities. He was awarded Best Ph.D award and has been recognized thrice by management of Graphic Era in best researcher category.
