AWARDS/HONORS

Represented India on international platform through the event ‘EURASIA’ in Orenburg, Russia. The event held on 7 Sep-11 Sep 2016, and I had presented my research project titled ‘Smart crop monitoring based on soil nutrients- youth entrepreneurship’. Only two candidates from India were selected for this event by BRICS international youth forum.
Best Research paper award for a paper titled “Convolutional Neural network (CNN) for image detection and recognition” in IEEE conference ICSCCC-2018 at NIT Jalandhar on 15-17 Dec 2018.
Best Innovation award for the project “Smart Dustbin” on national science day by the Hon’ble governor of Uttarakhand on Jan 28, 2018, at Raj Bhawan, Dehradun.
Best Researcher award by the University for the Academic Year 2016-17 & 2018-19.

Mr. Rahul Chauhan is a dedicated, detailed, and excellent research scholar with more than 30 research papers publication in reputed journals and conferences. A Gold medallist in M. Tech and confident presenter and teacher in classroom, able to explain complex information to audience at all levels. Having more than 10 yrs. of academician experience with extensive knowledge of IOT& digital image processing. Represented India in Russia for event “Eurasia”, awarded best research paper in IEEE & Springer conferences. Have a keen interest in contributing to the educational sector and strong grip in computer science subjects. An excellent observer with extra ordinary research abilities and making my students think like a researcher leading to build their critical thinking.
