Innovator of the Year Award at 11th Uttarakhand State Science & Technology Congress 2017 organized by UCOST at Vigyaan Dham, Dehradun for design Double Sided Organic Thin Film Transistor.
Best Young Scientist Award for research in Innovative OTFT structures, at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel-The Iron Man of India; 2021 Academic Award, by International Association of Research and Developed Organization (IARDO), Chandigarh, India.
Best Poster Award at IAC 2022, at Graphic Era Deemed to be University Dehradun, by IIP Dehradun and ISAS New Delhi.
Best Paper Award at IMME 2022, at Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad for presenting oral research paper.

Dr. Arun Pratap Singh Rathod is currently working as Assistant Professor in Dept. of ECE at Graphic Era Hill University Dehradun. He previously worked as Senior Research Fellow, in DST funded project at Graphic Era Deemed to be University, Dehradun. He has completed his B.Tech in Electronics & communication Engineering in 2012, MTech in VLSI Design and Systems in 2014 and PhD in 2023 in the field of Organic Electronics with specialization in Organic Thin Film Transistors (OTFTs). He possesses 5 years of research experience and has contributed significantly to the field of low cost and high speed OTFT structures. Dr. Arun Rathod has published 17 Scopus indexed papers and 24 patents and 1 SCI indexed research paper. He has been awarded Innovator of the Year by Uttarakhand State Council for Science & Technology in the year 2017. His research work has also been recognized by NIRD&PR, Hyderabad in the year 2018. In 2021 author was awarded Best Young Scientist Award by International Association of Research and Developed Organization. At present he is working on thin film novel device architectures, circuit minimization, optimization of Organic Thin Film Transistors and smart coatings for enhancing efficiency of solar panels.
