The departmental lecture halls fitted with high-Quality Audio Visual Equipment with overhead LCD projectors creating a platform for trainers to deliver high quality and informative lectures and presentations. Students also use the same facility during the presentation of Term Seminars and thereby develop skills that are superlative among their peer groups.
The department has well equipped and well developed laboratories. Practical component is a substantial part of the academic program, which is essential for grooming the budding engineers; various laboratories are set up such as Material Testing, Surveying, Geology, Fluid Machinery & Hydraulics, Soil Mechanics, Transportation Engineering, Concrete Technology and Environmental Engineering. The curriculum also includes training the students in computer aided design and drafting using standard packages like STAAD PRO and CAD etc.
