The School of Vocational Studies and its Department of BFSI at GEHU have all the required amenities and necessary infrastructure for the students. Apart from the designated classrooms, library with adequate text and reference books, e-library, computer lab, audio-visual hall, conference rooms, the department emphasizes practical training for real-world challenges and helps them become industry-ready.
The students are also exposed to various guest lectures/workshops where they can interact directly with the leading luminaries of the academic and corporate world so as to enhance their understanding of the external environment. The students are also motivated to participate in seminars and write quality research papers in multi-discipline areas.
The Department also offers study tours/industry visits/training programs for the B.VOC students based on real-time stock trading, portfolio management, hands-on experience in accounting software (Tally Prime), etc.
The School also has some tie-ups in different sectors (Finance, Accounting, IT Sector for outcome-based learning, internship and the career growth of students.
The Department also provides the study material, mock tests etc., to the students which help them to clear their Industry certifications.
