Dr. Singh successfully finished his Ph.D. under the guidance of Prof. Debaprasad Giri, Department of Physics, IIT BHU, and the co-guidance of Prof. Sanjay Kumar, Department of Physics, Institute of Science, BHU. His thesis work on Statistical Mechanics of Force Induced transitions in Biopolymers. After obtaining his Ph.D., he has had more than ten years of research and teaching experience. During his Ph.D., he was awarded a Meritorious Research Fellowship, a DST-JRF, and a CSIR-SRF. He received the D.S. Kothari Fellowship from the UGC after receiving his Ph.D., allowing him to continue his research as a Postdoc Fellow at CMSD, Hyderabad Central University. He worked as a postdoctoral researcher for one year in South Korea and for four years in Israel. He also served as an assistant professor at the Central University of South Bihar.
The prestigious Journal of Physics (APS, AIP) has published his research. There have been 12 papers published overall, along with one patent. The descriptions of the papers are given here: 11 SCI-published papers, 1 Scopus-published paper, 1 published patent, and 3 papers published in the American Physical Society (APS, Physical Review E) four papers published in the American Institute of Physics (AIP, JCP). He has attempted many national and international conferences, workshops, and SERC schools. He has presented his work at the American Physical Society (APS) meeting, in Maryland, USA, the European Biophysical Societies Association (EBSA) meeting in Dresden, Germany, and a workshop in Trieste Italy.
