Dr. Rowndel Khwairakpam been a part of South East Asian Institute of Rural Agriculture and management, Imphal; College of Horticulture and Forestry in YSPUHF, Neri; as Guest Faculty. Developed and taught undergraduate and graduate courses in Crop Physiology, Plant Genetic Resources and Molecular Biology to mention few. Mentored post-graduate students, providing guidance on research methodology, teaching techniques, and career development. Published research articles books chapters in reputable peer-reviewed journals, contributing to the advancement of knowledge in Crop Physiology and Sustainable Agriculture. Consulted with collaborative partner on the implementation of farming practices, helping to optimize resource utilization and maximize productivity.
